Menu Plan Monday

This week I’m only cooking for 2. My children are with my Mother and Father in-Love, so it’s just me and my Sweetness. My Sweetness and I will go and spend Thanksgiving with my in-Loves on Thursday.

Although the children are not here, I am still cooking six servings. I’m doing this on purpose so that my Sweetness and I will have leftovers for lunch.

Monday

Breakfast- Alternating: Raisin Bran or Oatmeal and OJ all week

Lunch-Leftovers: Chicken fried rice from Saturday

Dinner-Soft Tacos and Spanish rice

Snack-Fruit Smoothie daily

Tuesday

Lunch-Leftovers: Grilled turkey burger patty melts from Friday

Dinner-Meatballs with mashed potatoes, gravy and string beans

Wednesday

Lunch-Leftovers:Meatballs and mashed potatoes

Dinner-Stewed chicken and potatoes with steamed white rice (8 servings) Two servings will be for today and the remaining six will be frozen for Sunday’s dinner.

Thursday

Thanksgiving Dinner with my In-Loves.

Friday

Lunch-PB&J with banana

Dinner-Leftovers:Thanksgiving goodies

Saturday

Breakfast-Sausages, Eggs and Grits w/OJ

Lunch- Spaghetti

Dinner- Asian Chicken w/steamed veggies and rice

Sunday

Breakfast-Raisin Bran

Lunch- Taco Soup

Dinner-Stewed Chicken from the freezer with rice
