My Provider

I have a few things that need my attention today. I want to get a load of laundry done and vacuum the floors which are today’s scheduled homemaking tasks.

In addition I’d like to:

*Begin hardening off tomato seedlings
*Make alterations to my black pants
*Take pictures of the progress in my veggie garden
*Make a list of needed garden supplies
*Add scraps to compost bin
*Make grocery list and menu

I had a desire for more garden pots and had made my petition known to God earlier this week. While out in the yard I went over to talk with my friend and neighbor who was working in her garden. She was clearing out under her deck and asked me if I could take some pots off of her hands. I gladly obliged. Now I don’t‘ need to add pots to my list of needed garden supplies.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6

    Hey friend!
I am trying to help my Mom coupon. She is really inspired from my last shopping trip to Publix. The problem is she is NOT in the South and I don’t know how to help her find a “Northern” you know what I mean? 🙂 Please help me help her!

I’m happy you were blessed with what you needed, Hadias! It’s amazing how God can, & will, provide….even flower pots!! These are nice ones that your neighbor gave you. Plastic pots have their place, but terra cotta is just the best (IMO). Happy gardening!

I have a question for you. You seem to be such a great home maker. Were you always like that? When you were younger did you think that is how you’d be when you were older?

The reason I am asking is because I don’t like house work, I hate gardening, and I try to get out of cooking as often as I can. But I feel guilty about that. I try to keep things as nice as I can, but things like that don’t interest me, they never have.

I know that everyone was made differently and one persons path does not dictate everyone’s path. But I wonder if it’s something I will grow into, or if I just don’t have an interest in it and that’s that.
