Coffee Creamer Pancakes

I still have a whole bottle of the Free Coffee Creamer that I used for the French toast sticks. So I looked on recipezarr and found another use for the creamer.
I love the flavor of the creamer in a cup of coffee, whenever I do get the opportunity to drink coffee but I don’t buy coffee for use at home. So what is a girl to do with two free bottles of flavored creamer? I scoured the web to find some simple recipes that called for the creamer as an ingredient. Here’s what I found.
Ingredients
3 egg
1 1/2 cups flavored coffee creamer
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Whisk ingredients in a small bowl and prepare on a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
