I love being able to pull a pre-cooked meal from the freezer for dinner. Baked pasta dishes are the easiest to prepare. Last week I baked two batches of this ziti with not much extra work involved. It takes the same amount of time to fry two pounds of ground meat as it does one. The same holds true for boiling the noodles.
Make your ziti as you normally would. Once the pasta and meat are done add two jars of pasta sauce and shredded cheese.

Toss together in a large…I mean large enough for two batches. I like to add thawed spinach. Then divide into two portios. This meal can be stored in a casserole dish or frozen flat in a freezer bag.

When you are ready to use it. Thaw and heat on 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. This meal is great with salad and bread sticks.

ENJOY!
