I saw that many people were taking advantage of all of the great FREE and almost FREE deals on the Glade Sense and Spray and decided to get in on the bandwagon.
First I went to Walgreen’s and purchased the “Clean Linen” scent for $1.99 after coupons and (1) Easy Saver coupon.
Next, I signed up for the Glade® Sense & Spray™ Automatic Spray BzzCampaign through BzzAgent.com.
So now I have a new interesting products and am wondering does it really do what it promises. I love the smell of a scented home and currently scent my home using Glade Candles in the kitchen and Master Bedroom. I keep a Renuzit Tri-Scents in the major areas of the home.
This product was tested in my guest and master bathrooms.
The product attributes are as follows:
# The smart unit automatically sprays fragrance when movement has been detected.
# To conserve the refill, the unit automatically enters a 30-minute lock-out mode once it has detected motion and sprayed which is indicated by a solid light.
# The sensor is off and the unit will not automatically spray while in lock-out mode. After 30 minutes, the unit is again ready to sense motion which is indicated when the light blinks every five seconds.
# To override lock-out mode or to get an instant burst of Glade® fragrance anytime, press the boost button in the front of the unit.
I always like to give the bad news first and then the good news. The bad news is…
# The product has more light signals than I am willing to memorize. It could be less complicated.
#The product locks sometimes and will not spray after someone leaves the restroom.
#Expensive initial investment (if you do not use coupons) $9.99 for the starter kit
#Batteries are another cost in addition to refills.
The good news is…
# The clean linen smells wonderful.
# It makes us laugh every time it sprays unexpectedly
# They are relatively cheap with high value coupons and sales.
# They are a discreet option for guest to use after using the restroom. There is no loud spraying noise.
Summary…
I like the product minus the 30 minute locking feature. I would like to be able to set the lock time at 15 minutes especially when I have guest.
If one guest uses the restroom and another within ten minutes I would like to offer the second guest their own personal squirt of fresh scent on the way out of the rest room.
