Freezer Meals: Meatloaf

Start with a couple of pounds of ground meat.

Make sure all of your food prep surfaces are clean and clear

Dump all of the ground meat into a a large bowl.
Gather all of your favorite seasonings.

and you favorite meatloaf adhesives. I use eggs, breadcrumb, bbq sauce and a tomato based sauce such a ketchup.

All of the ingredients should be mixed together well and added to your favorite pan.
Bake for on 350 degrees for about 1 hour of until fully cooked.

After it’s done add your favorite sauce, let it cool and freeze. I add a little bit of tomato sauce before freezing and add Bar-b-Q sauce when I serve it for dinner.

    Just a thought, but when I make meatloaf for the freezer I put foil in the loaf pans first (enough to fold over the top and sides) so that when I am done cooking it I can freeze it in the pan then lift it out of the pan put it back in the freezer and have my loaf pans available for other cooking. I hope that makes sense. Enjoy and thank you for helping us to enjoy our life’s calling.
