Well, it does when you shop using coupons. Look at the following scenarios below and judge for yourself.

As you can see with just the first (3) scenarios, we have already met the $10 minimum purchase requirement. The great thing about the above scenario is that it is a “MONEY MAKER“.
The .51¢ and .50¢ overage can help cover the cost of your newspaper. Keep in mind that the pre-discount cost of the 1¢ item counts towards the $10 minimum also.
