Rattlesnake Rules is a great teaching book for ages 6 to 10 year olds. It’s a fun and educating book that teaches children about rattlesnakes. I intended to read just a few pages when it arrived, but halfway into the book the children begged me to read more.
There are colorful illustrations throughout the book that teach basic facts about rattlesnakes. My favorite part about Rattlesnake Rules is that it can be used as a unit study. The author Conrad J. Storad included a neat “Rattlesnake Rules Curriculum Guide” in the very back of the book.
The book is hardcover and waterproof which works really great for kids. The author, illustrator and publisher really put a lot of thought into the content and structure of Rattlesnake Rules. They have put together a useful book that works well for entertainment and educational purposes.
