This week I used the Potluck Survival Guide to brainstorm my menu. I will go in for a root canal this Tuesday and will not want to do much cooking this week. Many of the recipes in the survival guide can be made in advance and are so quick and easy to make.

I will prepares the Raspberry Oatmeal and Overnight Breakfast Casserole the night before. These two recipes make providing a healthy breakfast pure bliss! Both of these dishes can be served at room temperature which means the kids can make their own plates.

BREAKFAST
