Menu Plan for 5/21-5/27

I had a little time on my hands Saturday and decided to type up my weekly menu plan. Below you’ll find a daily schedule of what I plan to feed my family this week. I did not include drinks or snacks in the menu section, but in case your curious, we will have a combination of water, 100% fruit juice, hot tea, coffee and cold milk. For snacks we’ll have canned fruit, cookies, sweet potato pie, ice cream and pop-tarts.


Breakfast: Cold Cereal
Lunch: Crab Salad
Dinner: Honey Eyed Chicken, Steamed Rice and Sweet Corn


Breakfast: Hashbrowns, Scrambled Eggs and Sausage (or Breakfast Casserole)
Lunch: Cowpuncher
Dinner: Baked Flounder with Garden Salad


Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apple Slices
Lunch: Loaded Baked Potato
Dinner: Meatloaf, Mashed Potato, Gravy and Green Beans


Breakfast: Cold Cereal
Lunch: Chickpea Soup over Steamed Rice
Dinner: Steak Fajita’s, Spanish Rice with Black Beans


Breakfast: Pancakes and Bacon with Maple Syrup
Lunch: Gazpacho
Dinner: Spaghetti with Italian Sausages


Breakfast: Toaster Pastries
Lunch: Egg Rolls
Dinner: Fried Fish with French Fries


Breakfast: Cold Cereal
Lunch: Crab Salad or Leftovers
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, Steamed Rice, Gravy and Greenbeans
