Menu Plan For 7/12 – 7/18

Below you’ll find a daily schedule of what I plan to feed my family this week. I did not include drinks or snacks in the menu section, but in case your curious, we will have a combination of water, 100% fruit juice, hot tea, coffee and cold milk. For snacks and dessert we’ll have fresh fruit, apple sauce, cracker with Nutella and cookies.


Breakfast: Bagels with various toppings (Nutella, honey, butter or jam)
Lunch: Crabcakes
Dinner: Enchilladas, Spanish Rice and Black beans


Breakfast: Rice Crispies
Lunch: Left over lasagna
Dinner: Baked Lemon Pepper Flounder with Baked potatoes and corn on the cob


Breakfast: Bagels with various toppings (Nutella, honey, butter or jam)
Lunch: Cowpuncher
Dinner: Lasagna and green beans (Freezer Meal)


Breakfast: Rice Crispies
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Dinner: Garlic and Butter Talapia, Honey Glazed Carrots and Home made dinner rolls


Breakfast: Hard Boiled Eggs with Fresh Fruit and Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jam Sandwiches
Dinner: Fried Chicken Drumsticks, Steamed Rice, Tomato Gravy and Sweet Peas


Breakfast: Cold Cereal
Lunch: Frozen Pizza
Dinner: Brats on the grill with potato chips

SUNDAY – Today we are having friends over for lunch

Breakfast: Cold Cereal
Lunch: Barbecued Spare Ribs, Corn on the Cob, Baked Beans, Nacho Dip and Chips
Dinner: Left overs from lunch
