Healthy Semi Meatless Menu Plan For 9/20 – 9/27

Below you’ll find a daily schedule of what I plan to feed my family this week. I did not include drinks on the menu, but in case your curious, we will have a combination of water, 100% fruit juice, hot tea, coffee and cold milk.


Breakfast: Cold Cereal & Toast
Lunch: Garden Salad
Dinner: Tuna Cakes


Breakfast: Bagel & Grits with orange juice
Lunch: Baked Potatoes
Dinner: Cheese Ravioli Bake


Breakfast: Cold Cereal with Toast
Lunch: Strawberry Jam and Nutella Sandwiches
Dinner: Pesto Pasta


Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal with Banana
Lunch: Veggie Wraps
Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry


Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Baked Sweet Potatoes
Dinner: Baked Fish


Breakfast: Sausage and Eggs with Grits
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Vegetable Fried Rice


Breakfast: Cold Cereal or Bagel
Lunch: Ravioli
Dinner: Spaghetti
