I  posted earlier about the DirectTV offer that end on 10/6 and in the process of comparing service I called my current cable provider to compare rates. Being the deal hound that I am, I asked if they were running any promotions and it just so happened that they were adding a $10 credit to internet accounts for 12 months.

Remember to ask if your local company is offering any discounts. You could end up saving some money.
