I by nature want to be an organized person. However we have 8 year old triplets which complicate matters I would like to come up with an organizational system which I could implement with the kids.
I want our home to be a loving and organized home for the kids to invite their friends over to. I am tired of being ashamed of messes and know that if the kids took ownership in it, we would all work together as a team rather than Mom trying to tackle the world. Is that asking too much LOL

I just found your site today, it must be a sign because I really need to get organized. The last year was a mess and I cannot go through that again.
I’m a mother of 5 between the ages of 14-3 and just I recently returned to college. As you can see I need lots of help and really never know where to start.

I am a new “follower” and cannot wait to dive deeper into your site. I would LOVE to be considered for your giveaway, as I am in desperate need of some major organization! Here’s our short story:
We are a military family, and due to some unusual circumstances, our family has literally moved to a different state every Thanksgiving since 2007. To put it even more into perspective, I had my son two weeks prior to our first move in our journey…he had lived in FOUR states by the time he was 26 months old. Now, we have purged over the years, mainly to make the task of moving less painful; but let’s face it: Moving Is Painful, especially when you do it ever 11-12 months!
So, how does this relate to my organization problem?? Well, this December 1st (2010) marked our anniversary in our current home with no plans to move! YAY! Unfortunately, with all the moving comes clutter that you aren’t quite sure what to do with. Boxes that you tried to organize while packing became even more disorganized several months later when we had to pack everything up again. We are finally putting our roots down, and we have a bunch of organizing to do…something in which I am out of the habit of with all the moving chaos. I am ready to get this house in TIP TOP shape, but I’m a bit intimidated by where to start. It’s very easy to get discouraged when it looks like such a big job! Something that hasn’t successfully been accomplished in many years!!
I could use any and all help/advice/wisdom I can get. We have a busy family with two very active youngsters. I need direction and a PLAN!!

Whew!! That is a lot of moving and is the biggest reason why I didn’t re-enlist. I doubt my husband would have been able to put up with the (in some cases) constant moving around. Thanks so much for sharing your journey and I have you entered. Good Luck!!

I have a huge desire to be organized, but get overwhelmed when I think about where to start, so then I just don’t tackle anything. I need guidance and a plan to follow! I’m a stay at home mom to 3 small children and I know getting organized would bless my husband and children (and myself) greatly – no more “Mama, where’s my gloves? Where’s my library books? etc” and the frustration that follows. Thanks so much for all you do Proverbs Wife!

Hmm creative… that could be interesting coming from me! ha.
I would love to win this just because I had to come back to work today after being off for almost 2 weeks… The pull of me needing/wanting to be home with my babies is so strong. We have a goal in mind (june) but I would love to be able to have it be sooner… so maybe, just maybe this book would help us get our goals and finances in order a bit sooner…..

Being a keeper ate home is a huge goal for many of the women in the APW community. The biggest obstacle for many is that fact of debt (expenses) vs. income. I know that’s what our biggest hurdle was. It’s a process but it is achievable. Thanks for the kind words. Our goal is that within 6 months we will be debt free… Lord willing. We are so beyond excited, but I was off the last week and realize that before/when I get home I have got to get organized. I wasted way too much time trying to figure out what I should be doing instead of doing it. A plan/schedule is going to be a must if I’m going to be a God honoring and glorifying mom/wife.
