Here is my menu plan for January 17th-23rd.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

Publix Fried Chicken
Roasted chicken, gravy and rice
Tuna sandwiches

Chicken strips

Dinner:

London Broil, rice & veggies
Meatloaf, red rice and peas
Chicken enchilladas, Spanish rice & black beans (taco mix)
Fried fish & hash browns
Saucy Spaghetti & garlic bread
BBQ wings
Sub sandwiches
