Cook Once Eat Twice: Ground Meat (Vlog)

Today I’m sharing a quick tip on how easy it is to cook once and eat twice. I was actually doing some once a month cooking the day of this video and decided to grab my camera and holla’ at ya’ll while I watched the food.

    I do this a lot with ground hamburger. If you schedule your time right, when you get home from grocery shopping you can go ahead and brown all of the meat, then after it’s cooled enough bag it into zip locks. Also, if I don’t have the time to do this after shopping, I double my batch of spaghetti sauce and freeze half for another time, or use it in a lasagna. It cuts so much time out of cooking. The hardest part is the planning of it. Thanks for posting!
