Today began week one of my second go round of the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program. To get started last time, I did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred in February and began P90X in March. I finished up the end of May with a flat tummy and lean muscles.
BUT NOW THE TUMMY IS BACK & THE MUSCLE GONE!!!
For the next 90 days I will be sharing my progress here and there so that I stay motivated…
because I am not feeling motivated at this moment.
If you want to join me for the next 30 – 90 days, I suggest ordering the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program, doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred or her online program which my friend Emily is doing (and loves). P90X cost around $140, while the Jillian Micheals DVD’s start at around $7 or you can try the Jillian Michaels online program FREE for 7 days and pay $4 a week if you choose to stick with it. That’s way cheaper than a gym membership which runs me over $60 a month.
