- Lasagna Noodles
- Pasta Sauce
- Fresh or Frozen Spinach (optional)
- Sour Cream or Ricotta Cheese
- 1 lb. Ground beef, turkey or italian sausage
- Parmesan Cheese
Layer #5 (spinach optional)
Repeat for the next few layers.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
