Advice for Newly Wed Christian Wives

1. Make up in your mind that your marriage is forever. Be willing to fight for it.

2. Make looking good for your husband a priority today and 20 years from today.

3. Put his needs above everyone elses. You are his helpmeet not someone elses.

4. Never talk badly about him to others. Especially openly and in public.

5. Be kind and discerning when correcting him being careful to do it in love and with honor.

6. Let him lead. All husbands will mess up at times but if they follow God they’ll get it right eventually.
