Lean Cuisine and 5 minute Ranch Potato Recipe | Perfect Meals for Busy Women | #FrozenFavorites

There are two things I dislike doing. The first is cooking for just myself and the second us eating alone.

I enjoy cooking for my family and when they tell me how good the food tastes it makes me feel so good. Doing things for others is easy, but doing something for myself is sometimes a challenge.

Instead of cooking lunch, I usually skip it or eat out. That’s not a healthy way to live nor is it wise financially for me to eat out several times a week.

So how do I make sure I eat a healthy lunch everyday without the aggravation of cooking?

Lean Cuisine has a very healthy and delicious 6-Pack available at Sam’s Club. It has 6 meals that are the perfect size for lunch and each 6 pack includes 2 boxes each of the 3 different flavor varieties.

My favorite part of the Lean Cuisine meals is that they are ready in under 6 minutes.

These meals taste great and have no preservatives. Plus the chicken taste real no rubbery. These are great as a stand alone lunch but if you’d like a bigger meal here’s an idea for a side dish.

5 minute Ranch Potatoes

  1. Slice one potato into 1/2 thick rounds.
  2. Lay rounds in a single layer on a plate.
  3. Sprinkle each side with salt pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on the top side of the potato rounds.
  5. Cook in microwave for five minutes.

Lean Cuisine Spa Collection

Pair them with garden salad and any one of the Lean Cuisine meals from above. I used the Spa Collection.

It costs me $4.20 for a kids meal at a fast food restaurant plus the cost of gas and the time it takes to go get the food.

With the Lean Cuisine meals I pay $1.88 per box and I only have to go to the store once for 6 meals.

Lean Cuisine in the freezer

I am excited to start this week with some healthy and quick meals already in my freezer.
