
I’ve started juicing again after falling away last year. I started juicing back in 2010 but got tired of the same old flavors.
One thing that kept me from trying different flavor varieties was the cost of buying so many fresh fruits and vegetables. The other was the lack of knowledge on how many great recipes were available.
I learned that you can literally throw together just about any combination. Here’s one I cam up with my first week back juicing.

Juicing fruits and vegetables is a great way to get your daily vitamin intake, boost your immune system and feel energized. This juice can be enjoyed any time of the day or night.
Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 3/4 Apple
- 3/4 Pear
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 Bell Pepper
- 1/8 Purple Cabbage
Instructions
- Add each ingredient to your juicer.
- Chill and enjoy.
Serving size: 8 oz.
