In the Oven and On the Table

My daughter baked this weeks loaf of bread. It turned out super soft and buttery.

Along with the bread, we are eating baked chicken, nacho red beans and steamed white rice.

I had no idea that one of my dinner plates was hanging off of the edge of the counter. Thank God it didn’t fall or else someone (ME) would have had to eat a bowl of cereal for dinner.

  1. YUMMY! Home-made Bread is one of my weaknesses πŸ˜‰

Glad you didn’t lose your supper!!

  2. Yum! Your daughter made a beautiful loaf of bread! I’m glad you enjoyed the oatmeal bars-they go quickly around here too!

  3. What a talented daughter you have and can I please come over for dinner? It looks so good. I did have cereal for dinner. Too hot to cook but it has to be much hotter there.

    Hello Hadias,

I am a 25 year old new mother and homekeeper. I absolutely love your blog and visit it often.

Recently, I began baking my own bread. I have been unable to find a decent wheat bread recipe (by decent, I mean not dry) so I have been making white bread. Would you mind sharing your bread recipe?

    Thank you so much.
