I used the all purpose sauce in two different recipes and I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor.
I only buy chicken, ground turkey and fish and I am often looking for variations on ways to prepare them. I used the sauce to make shredded chicken sandwiches and meatloaf. I simmered the shredded chicken in a 1/4 cup of Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of water and placed them on hamburger buns. This was so much more convenient than my usual method. The sauce was already seasoned for me and it saved me 4 steps in my usual process.
I also substituted the sauce for bar-be-que sauce in my meatloaf recipe and what a kick it added. It was still my regular old meatloaf recipe, just kicked up a notch.
If you are looking to add some variety to your menu I would suggest that you try one of the sauces in your next meal.
Thanks for the tip. I am always looking for ways to add flavor to our regular dishes.
