Menu Plan For 8/30 – 9/5

Below you’ll find a daily schedule of what I plan to feed my family this week. “LIKE” me on Facebook and then join me during the week starting at around 5 p.m. as myself and other friends of this site share menus, recipes and just good conversation.


Breakfast: Cold Cereal & Toast
Lunch: Tower Isle Jamaican patties / Red Baron Frozen Pepperoni Pizza
Dinner: Crockpot Ziti with salad, garlic bread and steamed veggies


Breakfast: Bagel & Grits with orange juice
Lunch: Pan Fried Fish
Dinner: Stewed chicken & potatoes,  rice, green beans & corned bread


Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole
Lunch: Meatloaf and green beans
Dinner: Cheesy Chicken pasta, garlic bread and salad


Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal with Banana
Lunch: Fennel Salad
Dinner: Beef Stew, rice, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet peas & rolls


Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Egg Rolls
Dinner: Baked Talapia, roasted potatoes with steamed broccoli  cauliflower


Breakfast: Sausage and Eggs with Grits
Lunch: Meatballs (Pictorial HERE)
Dinner: Chicken Fried Rice & Zucchini


Breakfast: Cold Cereal or Bagel
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, potatoes and corn
