For some assignments we used the sliding glass door in my dining room to illustrate lessons or practice spelling and math.
I’ve carried the technique over into homemaking too. As I go around and clean the house in the morning, I keep a dry erase marker in my pocket to jot down notes I have for the kids usually related to their chores.
Notes can easily be written on a bedroom or bathroom mirror and easily wiped clean. This takes the hassle out of having to remember where I put my to-do for the kids and it’s also neat way to remind them of their chores for the day.
