How many of you remember the Frumpy to Fab challenge I did in February 2010?
If you, do you’ve been following my site for a while or you’ve been digging through the archives, which I encourage so go right ahead. (There’s some good stuff in there)

For those who are already familiar with the Frumpy to Fab video series, I’ve decided to start making the videos again.
Here’s why:
- I want to share a little bit of the testimony behind why I do it.
- I want to encourage you as a women to be your best and look your best.
- I want to inspire you to see that it’s not hard at all.
- I want to share some tips to help you succeed if you are taking the challenge.
Are you ready to take the challenge:
To get involved all you have to do is kick frumpy lady out of your house and welcome fabulous lady in. Have you ever watched those makeover shows where the women gets a makeover from head to toe? Then when she finally comes from behind the curtain her family and friends jaws drop and they gasp at how beautiful she looks. That’s the impact we are looking for during this challenge.
Starting September 7th through September 30th get dressed up even if you don’t have plans to leave the house. Dressed up will mean something different for each person. For me it will be fully dressed, hair styled and makeup.
Send your pictures to me at proverbswife@gmail.com with “Frumpy2Fab” in the subject line. Be sure to include a small caption about your photo. You can include details on what you are wearing, your occupation/vocation, married/single, mom/or not.
To keep you motivated, I will be featuring your photos on the blog each week. In addition I will share a new video with you every couple of days. Each video will show you what I’m wearing and include some tips, inspiration and words of encouragement.
You can be the first to see the videos by subscribing to my Youtube channel. I upload all of the videos there and then a few days or so later I create a post here on the blog to share with you all.
