I try to keep my homemaking routine as simple as possible, because the less complicated it is the more likely I am to stick with it.

I’ve gone through several schedules over the last eight or so years which have ranged very detailed to very loose.

The reason for the changes is because life changes. When I was a young mother with young children there was less time for housecleaning.

While my schedule has gone through many changes, the thing I always seem to come back to are several core components that always seem to stay the same no matter what season I’m in.

With that in mind, I sat down and created a printable Daily Schedule to include a place for everything I consider priorities for each day.   If you’d like a copy, I’m offering it FREE for a limited time before adding it to my Etsy shop (coming soon).

  1. Wonderful! If you laminate the schedule, you can keep up with things that change as well with a dry erase marker! Love it! Thank you!

  2. This is perfect! As a young mom with 2 kids under 3 with a third on the way, I’ve been meaning to set up a daily schedule, and now you’ve done the basics for me! I am so excited to fill this out, and it is just the reminder I need for my daily devotions. Thank you!

    @Hannah,

    Your welcome. I remember when I had 2 kids under 3 with a third on the way. Those were some of my most trying times. It was hard maintaining a schedule but having something written to help me stay on course when I could was a great help. I usually didn’t follow much if a schedule whenever we’d have a new baby. It was just too much pressure and stress, but as each of the kids grew, I could begin moving back into a schedule and then even including them bit by bit.

    God bless you and your family.

    I am also looking into the surveys. Finding this info is an answer to prayer.

  4. This schedule is great, if you print out the week in advance you can figure out what needs to be done when in terms of housework and I love the Personal Growth section!
