I’ve started juicing again after falling away last year. I started juicing back in 2010 but got tired of the same old flavors.
One thing that kept me from trying different flavor varieties was the cost of buying so many fresh fruits and vegetables. The other was the lack of knowledge on how many great recipes were available.
I learned that you can literally throw together just about any combination. Here’s one I cam up with my first week back juicing.
*note: I use this juicer if you’re interested.
- 1 Carrot
- 3/4 Apple
- 3/4 Pear
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 Bell Pepper
- 1/8 Purple Cabbage
- Add each ingredient to your juicer.
- Chill and enjoy.
